Registration is pre-requisite for attending the conference and presenting a paper. Request for registration will be taken through online form available on website from 01st Oct 2022 onwards. Registration fee payable is listed below:

* To encourage the participation of young students, financial assistance to the deserving under graduate / post graduate students of Universities will be provided subject to the availability of funds. Certificate from Head of the Institute/Department is mandatory.

Kindly note that the registration amount is exclusive of taxes. 18% GST is applicable on above registration fee.

Refund Policy:

  • Kindly note that if a delegate cancels registration :
  • 1) Before 15th jan 2023 ------------------ 75% of the amount will be refunded on the registration charges as applicable (exclusive of 18% GST).
  • 2) Between 15th Jan 2023 - 31st Jan 23 ------------------ 50% of the amount will be refunded on the registration charges as applicable (exclusive of 18% GST).
  • 3) After 31st Jan 23 ------------------no refunds on the registration charges will be possible.

Registration Steps

Please find below the details for registering for AOCRP6 :

  • 1. Please visit www.online.aocrp6.com to register yourself as a participant/author. If you have already submitted a paper for the conference, then you may login to your submission portal and select 'registration' option on the left-hand side of the dashboard to complete the formalities.

    In case of DAE, please note that you will have to submit/upload the participation approval letter from your Unit on registration@aocrp6.com

    In case the person is registering first time, you need to create a login ID by sign in and an email with activation link will come on the email given as login ID. The activation link or box needs to be clicked to activate the account. select 'registration' option on the left-hand side of the dashboard to complete the formalities.

    For IARP senior citizens, select IARP members and click on senior citizen box. Rest of the procedure is same.

    For trade delegates, kindly select trade delegate options and submit form.

  • 2. After submitting your registration application, you will be displayed a registration amount (inclusive of GST) which may be paid by you or your Unit. Payment option will be enabled once you submit the application.
  • 3. An email will be delivered on for “request payment status” with bank account details. Payment may be done via net banking (NEFT) to our account on request payment and pdf file of transaction details may be uploaded and submit payment.
  • 4. Once the payment is made, then you can upload a copy of the payment receipt on the portal
  • 5. After confirmation of payment, we will accept your registration and soon you will receive a successful registration email.
